Delivery is free for orders in Quebec/Ontario/New Brunswick with a minimum purchase of $100. A fixed fee is charged for all other provinces and the United States.
Our packages are sent by Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number when your package is dispatched so you can know when it will arrive at your delivery address.
As soon as the package is delivered, the customer becomes responsible for the package. We are not responsible for theft or loss of products due to shipping. We are not responsible if you made a mistake in your address when purchasing.
You can request an investigation to find your package if you believe that the delivery person has never been there. The research team of the delivering company will initiate the investigation, this may take up to 2 weeks.
You have 5 days after receiving your order to let us know if there was any damage during delivery. Beyond 5 days, we will not be able to initiate the refund and return procedures.
If there is an error on your part in the choice of product, or in any other aspect of the order, you must fully assume the delivery costs.
Under no circumstances will we refund a used product.
In case of dissatisfaction with the product, we do not exchange used products that have not been recommended by our team.
